I'm Enjoying Christ with Christians on Campus

I joined Christians on Campus in Christchurch about mid May 2001. I was very sceptical and it took me a few tries just to get through the door. I had never really experienced God, but I am catholic and I have a knowledge of God. I was searching, but didn't really know where to go. I attended one meeting, and it was interesting---a few songs and a Bible passage. I went away and came back the next week after a huge "God experiencing" weekend. It was like a support system especially for me. I found a wonderful group of Jesus lovers who warmly welcome anyone and everyone, really! It's quite unique in that there is one belief and rule---we love Jesus and want to live for Him!

Christians on Campus is an extension of the Body of Christ reaching out with open arms to welcome others. It is a great stepping stone in a journey to knowing God. Soon, this 30 minute "once a week meeting", turned into home meetings, a prayer group, and a big weekly campus meeting. The fellowship is addictive! God just flows like a river!!

I see Life from a new perspective, with brothers and sisters there to help you find the Way, the Truth, and the Life....our Lord Jesus!
